KMWE
Continuity and structural compliance support
Project purpose.
Since 2017, ffiqs has been working with KMWE, an international supplier and partner for the High Tech Industry and Aerospace. One day a week, we support KMWE in the area of compliance. This ensures more grip, insight and control on subsidy projects they have running.
The challenge
Due to the innovative nature of KMWE and the sectors they are in, KMWE is increasingly active within associated grant programs. Due to the growth of their grant portfolio, they were looking for a party that could provide continuity and structural support in the area of compliance. The goal was to organize processes smarter and also optimize the realization, so that KMWE is more ‘in control’ of their subsidy projects.
The solution
KMWE opted for a so-called in-house subsidy solution. This means that one day a week, on a structural basis, a compliance officer from ffiqs is present on location at KMWE to provide support in the field of subsidy compliance. Hereby, ffiqs ensures continuity and we also structurally check whether KMWE meets the administrative requirements from the various subsidy schemes. Also, ffiqs serves as a reference point for questions related to subsidies, so that KMWE can make the right choices with complete information. Finally, KMWE involves ffiqs in drawing up and checking budgets for grant applications, and ffiqs ensures that reports are reported on time and with good quality.
The result
Since ffiqs supports KMWE, KMWE has greater visibility and control over ongoing projects. As soon as they reach the budget of a grant project, ffiqs takes quick and adequate action. In addition, the presence of ffiqs ensures continuity in terms of grant knowledge.
“Our experience with ffiqs has been good. They are helpful, respond quickly to our questions and the advice they give us is always correct. They have expertise in their field. We experience the cooperation as very pleasant and hope to keep it that way!”
